Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" during clearance sales

2. Return Process

Returning Goods: Please use a trackable logistics service to return the goods tothe address we provide. Please pack the goods properly to prevent damageduring transportation. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

3. Refund Processing
Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it within acertain period. If the goods meet our return conditions, we will process yourrefund immediately.
Refund Method: The refund will be returned to the original payment method usedwhen you made the purchase.
Processing Time: After the refund is processed, the funds will arrive in youraccount within a certain period, depending on the policy of your bank orpayment service provider.
Refund Amount: You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the goods.Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the returnis due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

4. Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive defective, damaged in transit, or wrong items, we will bear allrelated costs.

We will arrange prepaid return labels or arrange for a courier company to pickup the package at our expense, and immediately send you the correct goods, orprovide a full refund according to your preference.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

If a cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped and within the allowed cancellation period, the order will be successfully canceled.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, customers may proceed with a standard return request after receiving the item.
